To help us understand a problem with pixel size, canvas fit, palette, dithering, preview, or export, describe what you expected and what happened instead. Include your browser and device, the image format, the relevant settings, and the steps that led to the issue.
Please describe the image rather than attaching it. Do not email private source images, passwords, or other sensitive information.
Share feedback or an accessibility concern
You can suggest improvements to the photo-to-pixel-art workflow, ask about a control, or tell us where the site is difficult to use with a keyboard, screen reader, or touch device. Specific steps or page details make feedback easier to understand.
